About Organic Waste Compost Culture
Organic Waste Compost Culture
Micro 110 Culture ( Sugar/Distillery/Agriculture/Domestic/MSW )
Micro 110 is specially developed microbial starter culture used to make superior quality compost from organic wastes like sugar factory press mud and distillery spent wash. Along with the Aero tiller machine, it accelerates the decomposing rate completely decomposing the spent wash and press mud within 4-6 weeks.
Micro110 has many advantages over other cultures : -
- It is a specially developed culture consortium of multi micro organism using nutritional carriers like wheat bran, calcium powder, BRP, sterilized Tobacco & Molasses etc. for aerobic composting of spent wash and press mud. With very high microbial count.
- It is the only culture that accelerates the temperature rise to 60-75oC,and sustains this temperature through out the composting cycle. This results in thermal killing of any pathogens and weed seeds in the compost and minimizes odor and color problems due to rapid decompositions.
- The press mud used for Bio-earth production has a very high wax contents, about 10-15% w/w. Selected micro organisms in the Micro 110 culture degrades the wax contents and reduces it to 1% w/w. direct application of press mud to soil, decreases soil porosity while application of Bio earth prepared by using Micro110 improves soil porosity.
- Micro110 enriches beneficial micro flora to over 4 billion organisms per gram in the final product. You get Compost with rich humus.
- Lesser quantity is required for composting.
- Land used for composting is available more quickly due to relatively rapid composting.
- Micro110 can be used with concentrated as well as dilute spent wash and more spent wash can be consumed per MT of press mud.
- It has been value added with the species for phosphate solubilization & Nitrogen fixing in the farm. Dosage : Only 500 grams. per Ton of Press mud.
Application & Specifications : -
- Direct Powder Application : - Maintain 40% moisture in the press mud and then apply powder directly on compost heap and aerate with machine so that it is mixed in the windrow thoroughly.
- Packaging and Storage : - Micro 110 culture is filled in HDPE Liner first and then packed in HDPE bags of 50kgs each. Micro110 can be stored for 1 year in a cool and dry place away from sunlight.
